As a BrightStar franchisee, your healthcare franchise company will serve seniors, their families, children, local health care companies, as well as local and national corporate accounts. Our relationship with national accounts means steady, repetitive business for you.

Your contribution to your business will be leadership, not medical care. You will operate a BrightStar office in a protected territory and be responsible for marketing and managing the business operation. You will be responsible for the hiring and placement of caregivers and healthcare staff.

The BrightStar New Owner Boot Camp provides all the details you need to start a business as well as in-depth training for your key players: sales, office manager, and director of nursing. This training covers operations, marketing, recruiting and more. Throughout your franchise ownership, you’ll continue to receive in-person, phone and online support, as well as access to the all-new, state of the art National Support Center.

  • Strong management and/or marketing sales backgrounds.
  • Possessing a vision for your life, a readiness to learn, and a passion to succeed.
  • A minimum net worth of $500,000 or $400,000 with a strong secondary income and $100,000 liquid capital.
  • Driven by a need to take initiative and to achieve
