Comprehensive, six-week training for you and up to two assistants covers everything you need to run an efficient and effective operation. Key areas covered include:

Plus you’ll get on-the-job training at one of our existing sites. Then we come to you and help you get your location ready, train your staff, and help you prepare for your grand opening.

We can also help you select the right location for your new business. We look for a location with high visibility and good traffic. One that can accommodate parties of all types and sizes, from intimate booths for two, to a bar area, to larger seating areas. 

Ongoing support includes marketing tools such as ads, flyers and radio spots, as well as operations, customer service, ordering, pricing, and administrative procedures.
