Role of Area Developer

Using the Area Developer (AD) model as a growth strategy makes good business sense. This approach allows for rapid expansion in regions with significant populations. The ADs facilitate growth, and also offer local support to the unit owners in their area. For this effort, they share in both the franchise fee and the unit royalties collected by the corporate office.

The successful Massage Green AD will have at least three years of management experience, be focused on health and personal improvement, have a positive attitude, and be passionate about growing the massage business.

The AD will help select then manage unit managers in his or her development area. If the AD does not reside in or near the territory, he or she must spend at least two business days each month in the territory.
