As a TAB executive coach facilitator you’ll provide business owners with much-needed coaching services that help them succeed in today’s business climate. You will preside over monthly peer advisory board meetings of owners, CEOs and presidents of privately held, non-competing companies in your area. These meetings provide a think tank setting where fellow business owners gather to discuss the business challenges and opportunities they face, in a confidential environment. In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide individual coaching sessions using TAB’s proprietary tools and processes. Working one-on-one with board members, you’ll help them create a customized strategic plan that will allow them to reach their objectives and ultimately lead their companies to greater success.
