Due to the current economic climate and increasing competition that companies face, we are experiencing tremendous demand for the services that our TAB executive coach facilitators offer. As a TAB executive coach facilitator you’ll provide business owners with much-needed coaching services that help them succeed in today’s business climate. You will preside over monthly peer advisory board meetings of owners, CEOs and presidents of privately held, non-competing companies in your area. These meetings provide a think tank setting where fellow business owners gather to discuss the business challenges and opportunities they face, in a confidential environment. In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide individual coaching sessions using TAB’s proprietary tools and processes. Working one-on-one with board members, you’ll help them create a customized strategic plan that will allow them to reach their objectives and ultimately lead their companies to greater success.

TAB offers you valuable tools, processes and resources that help you successfully launch and grow your TAB franchise. Our corporate team is focused on the development of new solutions and dedicated to continuous improvement.

TAB’s world class marketing department is dedicated to helping franchisees market their TAB business successfully. You will attend our eight-day initial training program at TAB world headquarters in Colorado. In addition to initial training, you will receive ongoing training and support, to help you apply the knowledge you gain at initial training to your TAB Business. This includes:  

  • Four weeks of field support in your protected territory.
  • A TAB Certified Coach to join you during one of your first three board meetings.
  • Personal coach for the first twelve months.
  • Ongoing monthly conference calls and webinars.
  • Semi-annual facilitator conferences.
  • Ongoing support.
