After graduating with a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University, Mike served in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. He retired from the Navy as a Commander, and joined Northrup Grumman as a Program Manager Project Engineer.
Upon retirement from Northrup Grumman in 2003, Mike joined the Weathersby Guild to begin his third career. Because of his expertise in furniture repair and his enthusiastic pursuit of excellence, he was awarded the designation of "master craftsman" in April 2006.
Mike lives in Florida with Susan, his wife of 39 years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.
Al has a background in financial planning and banking services. He was attracted to the Weathersby Guild because of his interest in furniture repair as well as the design, building and finishing of furniture.
Al and Karen Willis are very active in church activities. They enjoy theatre, traveling, and spending time with their close friends and family.
Chris Alexander grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Northeastern State University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. Throughout his career, he has been a firefighter, financial analyst and owner of a lawn and landscaping business.
Chris was drawn to Weathersby Guild because of their customer focus, attention to detail and outstanding craftsmanship in woodworking.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, watching and playing sports and restoring old cars. He is also involved in various activities at his children's school and his local church.
